I’m Dr.-Ing. Julia Frey — Senior Executive Advisor and former VP at BASF with over 20 years of international B2B experience in global corporations.

Throughout my career, I’ve held P&L responsibility for large global businesses as well as leadership roles in Procurement and IT. In the past five years, I’ve focused on bridging business and technology — building a digital commerce platform, implementing GenAI customer chatbots, and automating order entry processes.

I understand the corporate reality: change resistance, data quality challenges, and EBITDA pressure. My strength is turning a mess of projects and ideas into a clear, actionable roadmap — grounded in experience, pragmatism, and strong stakeholder management.
